1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Track Your Reps mobile application or visiting trackyourreps.app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Track Your Reps.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your local laws require it, to use Track Your Reps. If you use the app on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
3. License & Permitted Use
- We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the app on a device you own or control.
- You may use Track Your Reps solely for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking, subject to store rules (Apple App Store or Google Play).
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the workouts, timers, and personal records you input. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others. Deleting the app or specific entries removes that content from your device, subject to any backups maintained by Apple, Google, or you.
5. Fitness & Safety Notice
Track Your Reps provides calculation tools and timers for informational purposes only. We are not a medical provider, coach, or nutritionist. Consult qualified professionals before beginning any workout program, especially if you have health conditions. You assume all risk associated with exercise decisions made using the app.
6. Updates & Availability
We may release updates that add, modify, or remove features. The app or certain features may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, outages, platform changes, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.
7. Third-Party Services
Track Your Reps relies on services provided by Apple, Google, operating system share sheets, and other third-party tools. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.
8. Fees & Purchases
The app does not require a subscription. If we offer optional paid features in the future, pricing and billing will be handled through the applicable app store, and additional terms may apply. Taxes or carrier fees charged by third parties are your responsibility.
9. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the app, website, or supporting infrastructure.
- Do not use Track Your Reps to infringe on intellectual property, invade privacy, or harass others.
- Do not automate or scrape any part of the service without our written consent.
10. Intellectual Property
The Track Your Reps name, logos, graphics, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, these Terms do not confer any rights or interest in our IP.
11. Privacy
Your use of Track Your Reps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use data.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Track Your Reps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. You use the app at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track Your Reps and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or savings, arising from or relating to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Track Your Reps harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using Track Your Reps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or create risk for other users. Upon termination, your license ends, but the disclaimers and limitations outlined here will continue to apply.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new Terms on this page. Continued use of Track Your Reps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
